Senior Quantity Surveyor Construction Consultancy London My client, a top-tier construction consultancy based in Central London, is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their highly-regarded team. The Role As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing costs and contractual matters across an impressive portfolio of projects. Key responsibilities include conducting detailed cost analysis, valuations, final accounts and contract administration while providing expert commercial advice. You will work closely with clients, contractors and the project team at all stages to ensure effective cost management and contract compliance. The Candidate The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Quantity Surveyor with at least 7 years of industry experience working on large-scale construction projects. You will possess a strong technical background with in-depth knowledge of procurement routes, construction contracts and current legislation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
