Senior Quantity Surveyor; OUTSIDE IR35- (Consultancy) London; Commercial projects working for a well known large blue chip client Circa up to £400 p/day OUTSIDE IR35 Our client is an independent consultancy with offices across the World. They are involved in some of the countries most exciting and forward thinking schemes ranging up to £1bn. They encourage progression and provide clear steps to achieve this. They are looking for a Senior QS to join them on a 6 month contract (which is likely to be extended and if all goes well a permanent position can be discussed at the end). It will be to work on a large scale Commercial project (for a well-known blue chip client), and you will sit within a team of 35, and manage 7. You must have post contract experience (project is in construction phase), and employers agent experience. Ideally they are looking for: * Extensive Quantity Surveying experience within Commercial projects * Post contract experience * Employers Agent experience * Knowledge and understanding of Risk * Previous consultancy experience * Comfortable working in a client-facing environment * Relevant university degree and MRICS is a big benefit * ELGIIBLE TO WORK IN THE UK In return our client is offering a basic salary of up to £400 p/day, for an initial 6 month contract, with the likelihood of extension (project is meant to finish at the end of 2024).
