Senior Quantity Surveyor – Rail * Respected Civil Engineering & Rail contractor * Newly awarded framework SSA are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a respected Civil Engineering & Rail contractor working on a newly awarded Network Rail framework covering planned and reactive maintenance across various Rail Depots across the UK. This framework will be adminstered using NEC3 contracts and will see the successful Senior QS having commercial responsibility for the scheme; leading a small team, overseeing their works and also having primary invovlement in: subcontractor assessments & meetings; leading of CVR meetings; leading internal, client, & stakeholder commercial meetings;monthly reconciliations; & final accounts amongst other duties. They are looking for someone with a stable career history, with a history of working with NEC3 contracts within the civil engineering & rail industry. Essential * Qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent; * Experience in managing civil engineering or rail projects commercially
