The Talbot at Knightwick is a real gem in the Worcestershire countryside serving fine ales and wines and serving great meals made from quality produce sourced almost entirely from the gardens within their own grounds. The Inn even has its own brewery. The right candidate for this Senior/Sous Chef role will have a passion for cooking with fresh meat and game and a range of quality locally sourced produce with a real desire to prepare and cook excellent meals entirely from scratch.
This is a full time position with approximately 40 hours per week mainly in straight shifts (9am – 4pm) and (3:30pm – finish) with 2 days off per week. All extra hours worked are paid for at the hourly rate which is negotiable depending on experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about their work and who may be looking to progress to Head Chef within 2 years.
