Protech are currently recruiting for a Site Manager on behalf of a Tier 1 Utilities Sector Client in the Midlands. An exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Agent/Site Manager ideally with a background in Structural Refurbishment/Repair, Concrete Repair, Waterproofing, Resin Injection €“ although those with a general civil engineering background would be considered. Key Responsibilities: €¢ Ensure the commercial performance of the contract is maximised €¢ Assume overall responsibility for the delivery of projects €¢ Deliver the work safely and without environmental incidents €¢ Deliver the work without defects €¢ Ensure production and implementation of Project Plans, RAMS, ITP€™s and waste management plans €¢ Person Specification: €¢ Working knowledge of NEC contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme and Risk Management and cost control €¢ Knowledge of specifications and testing regime €¢ Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or equal practical site experience €¢ IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS Excellent communication, people management skills €¢ Ability to challenge designs and resolve problems To be considered for this role you MUST have: – CSCS Trained – Driving Licence – EUSR – Confined Space For more information please contact Abbie @ Protech.
