Site Manager €“ Re-Cladding Project €“ Stoke Newington Position: Site Manager €“ Re-Cladding Project Location: Stoke Newington Position: Site Manager required for a re-cladding project in Stoke Newington, reporting to a Contract Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the site and managing sub-contractors and have an opportunity for genuine progression and a permanent job if desired. Project: The project is a £4 million Re-Cladding of an 8 storey residential block in Stoke Newington. Work includes stripping and replacing the Zinc cladding on the 8 storey occupied block, reporting to a Contracts Manager. You will the lead manager on site responsible for all H&H, site paperwork and management of sub-contractors. Individual: The successful individual will have previous experience with external packages, ideally cladding and with dealing with high rise projects and large scaffolding packages on residential schemes.
