Site Manager €“ Recladding & Firestopping * Tier 1 Main Contractor * Freelance €“ 6 Months * Rate: Up to £260 CIS * Based: Greenwich We are currently searching for an experienced Site Manager to join one the UK€™s largest and most successful Main Contractors. The project is a Residential Recladding scheme which also has elements of internal firestopping upgrades and repairs. The cladding is a combination of Brick Slip, Trespa and Aluminium. As Site Manager you will work alongside the Project Manager, supporting the projects progress and ensuring the program is being adhered to. Specific beneficial package experience includes: * Cladding * Internal firestopping (Penetrations, Collars, Letter box openings etc) * Fire door remedials * Internal drylining repairs * Riser repairs * M&E Services coordination Required: * Previous experience working as a Site Manager on recladding/firestopping projects is essential * Strong IT skills relating to quality control and document management * SMSTS, CSCS Managerial and First Air are essential To apply for this role please send your CV through the portal or get in contact with Shane O’Reilly at Falcon Green directly.
