Clearfield are recruiting a number 1 site manager, for a growing family run main contractor for a scheme in South East London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering residential design & build contracts up to circa & pound £10m / 50units. Majority of projects based within M25, so there will be a need to be flexible with commuting. Suitable candidate must have: – Valid CSCS Card – Valid SMSTS – Valid First Aid – 3yrs Experience as a No1 Site manager with an SME main contractor The role will be on a permanent basis.
