Future Build Recruitment are currently searching for multiple reliable Site Supervisors for a Day to Day maintenance contracts for scattered properties between in Westminster. This would be with a medium sized social housing refurbishment contractor. Duties; · To provide day to day, on site supervision of works carried out · Ensuring all contract KPI targets are met · Monitoring progress of the contract to ensure the completed works are correct and to the agreed standard · Monitoring quality, safety and environment and promote a safety culture within the business · Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high quality standard · To complete time sheets and work sheets and reports as required · Working as an integral team member as well as a mentor and coach to apprentices and colleagues
