Vibrance has an exciting opportunity for a Learning Disability Support Worker to join our exceptional team in Wanstead. You will join us on a Full Time, permanent basis (37 hours a week plus voluntary overtime available) and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £20,125 per annum, plus benefits. About the Support Worker role: Our House is a registered care home providing care to 3 adults with Down€™s Syndrome who have a high degree of daily living skills. We€™re looking for a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care. You’ll be responsible for empowering residents€™ independence in their home and in the community, assisting with daily living skills e.g. cooking, housekeeping, finances, and medication. As well as being able to work as part of a team, understanding lone-working, working on own initiative and dealing with situations as they arise. We welcome candidates with and without experience, as we provide a high standard of training to all staff.
