Our client provides specialist care and support to adults with a range of learning and physical disabilities. They enable people to live their lives as they wish. They give them the support they need to become as independent as possible. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join us and help promote choice and independence for people who we support. This is your opportunity to make a difference and develop your social care career within a leading and innovative team. You will advise and guide people to make decisions and take control of their lives through support with their day-to-day activities, including personal care, within their homes and in the community. In achieving this it is essential you liaise with service users, carers, parents, professionals and key persons to identify opportunities and support people to meet their goals Full and part time work available on a rota basis. You tell us when you are available, and we will fit your shifts around your availability!
