Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer Location: Enfield, Greater London Salary / Benefits: 24k to 34k + Further Training and Company Vehicle. Leading environmental compliance company, with over 25 years of success delivering legionella and water hygiene services to client, is currently recruiting a Water Hygiene Engineer to join their Southern office. Joining a team of established engineers / risk assessor, you will be undertaking planned maintenance on client’s water systems in and around the London / M25 area. Successful candidates will hold a good working knowledge of ACOP L8 & HSG274 and will have a positive and flexible attitude. The client can offer regional contracts with work predominately scheduled within the M25 region. Consideration will be given to client based in London and the surrounding counties. Good locations include; Luton, St Albans, Hatfield, Stevenage, Bishop’s Stortford, Watford, Harrow, Romford, Ilford, Dartford, Orpington, Bromley, Croydon, Sutton, Kingston upon Thames, Hounslow, Wembley. Requirements: ” Experience undertaking legionella compliance duties. ” Current / previous experience working for an established Water Treatment company. ” Able to work independently and as part of a team. ” Full driving license and happy to travel within the role. ” Flexible and positive attitude. Key Duties: ” Routine temperature sampling and water monitoring. ” Clean & disinfection of cold water systems. ” TMV inspections and servicing. ” Cleaning & disinfection of shower heads and hoses. ” Inspections of calorifiers. ” Main injection pipework chlorination works.
