Requirements: Knowledge of the Youth Justice System Experience of working with children/ families with complex needs who have offended or at risk of offending Ability to apply systemic, trauma informed and restorative Qualification in a discipline involving work with young people or the criminal justice system Experience of the ASPIRE model of practiceNonStop’s client based in South East London are seeking a Youth Justice Service Worker who perform above expectation, to join this dynamic, forward-thinking service. They have a commitment to a Child First approach which includes being trauma informed and working systemically to improve the lives of the children we work with and wider community. The role involves working with young people either at the early stages of their offending or those who have more entrenched behaviour to effect change in their lives.
