Harry Burrows Fabrications Limited is a family-owned business looking for a Production Operative to join our successful, growing business. Production Operative Salary: Rate of pay £12.00 – £13.00 per hour dependant on experience Mon – thurs 07:15 – 4:30pm Fri 07:15-12:15pm Production Operative – Requirements: * Good communication skills * Clean driving licence and counter balance fork lift licence are all essential. * Experience in an Industrial Engineering environment would be advantageous. Production Operative – Duties: * Delivering to Customers * Driving a fork lift truck * Site work/installations at customer€™s premises * Drilling * Folding steel * Using a guillotine * Cutting material on band saws * Assembly work * Presswork * Assisting laser cutting operations * Upkeep of shop floor ensuring areas are tidy and safe * This position also involves general maintenance of the factory, general labouring and assisting steel fabricators on site, fitting jobs. * Operating a laser cutter Benefits: * Free on-site parking * Generous holiday allowance – 30 days a year plus public holiday * Bonus scheme available * Overtime available * Close proximity to local shops An established fabrication / sheet metal company that manufactures a broad range of products and offers a complete service, from design through to completion.
