Responsibilities: * Drive the execution of strategic business development plans to secure new customer acquisitions, aiming to build a secure future pipeline. * Achieve a conversion ratio of over 20% for new business, ensuring the comprehensive delivery of proposals, and focus on improving customer net promoter scores. * Develop and maintain top-tier customer relationships through strategic mapping and engagement of key decision-makers within client organisations. * Lead collaborative efforts with both internal and external stakeholders to craft tailored proposals that address clients€™ unique needs, objectives, and aspirations. * Utilise market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify and differentiate the company€™s unique selling propositions. * Actively participate in industry functions, such as association events and conferences, to gather insights on market trends, customer behaviours, and competitive landscapes. * Maintain diligent management of sales data within the company’s CRM system, accurately forecasting sales targets, and tracking account activities to meet and exceed those targets. * Promote the company’s brand and values, including credibility, respect, innovation, inspiration, and teamwork, across all professional interactions and engagements.
